Our Quality Assurance System begins with a process management plan in place that includes many inspection points including: incoming raw material, the close monitoring of the manufacturing process, first article inspection, in-line test inspection, reliability testing, SQC/SPC testing, and Gerber net list comparison testing. These quality checks which occur during every step of the production process, coupled with our superior craftsmanship, allow Asia Circuits to consistently produce the highest quality product on the market.
Due to the lengthy manufacturing process, stability during each individual process is very important . A 4-point (first-off article, random inspection, sequential round inspection, last-off article) check is made during the following processes:
- Hole inspection
- Plating inspection
- Circuitry inspection
- Solder Mask inspection
